What We Do

Four pillars.
One mission.

Education. Empowerment. Opportunity. Community. Each programme is a distinct response to a specific cycle of vulnerability — and together they form a complete approach to human dignity.

01

EduCare

Educational Sponsorship Programme

Programme 01

Sponsoring brilliant
children whose paths
have been blocked.

EduCare is our founding programme. It began with one school in Iyana Yesi, Lagos, and a pattern that could not be ignored — the children most at risk of dropping out were often the most exceptional.

Their barrier was never ability. It was always money.

  • School fees paid directly to schools — never to individuals
  • Uniforms, textbooks, and learning materials provided
  • Beneficiaries identified through teacher nomination
  • Every child tracked and reported on each term
  • Starting at Iyana Yesi, Lagos — growing across Nigeria

WomenRise

Widow Support & Empowerment

Programme 02

Restoring dignity.
Not just relieving
hardship.

In Nigeria, widowhood often means sudden, total economic collapse. One day there is a household income, a partner, a plan. The next day — nothing. And the children still need to eat.

WomenRise exists because dignity should not be a privilege. We do not give handouts — we restore capacity.

  • Welfare support for widows in acute financial need
  • Skills acquisition and vocational training
  • Small business empowerment and micro-grants
  • Financial literacy education
  • Community — a network of women who hold one another up
03

YouthForward

Digital Skills & Entrepreneurship

Programme 03

Skills for the future.
Built for Nigerian
youth.

Nigeria's youth unemployment crisis is as much a skills crisis as it is an economic one. Young people aged 15–22 leave school without the digital competencies or entrepreneurial mindset the modern economy demands.

YouthForward bridges that gap — practically, purposefully, and for free.

  • ICT and computer literacy training
  • Coding and web development
  • Entrepreneurship and business development
  • Soft skills — communication, CV writing, interview preparation
  • For teenagers and school leavers aged 15–22
04

Community

Outreach & Welfare Programmes

Programme 04

Showing up.
Every season.
Every year.

Community Outreach is how Gifted Paths Foundation maintains a sustained, visible presence in the communities we serve. Not just funding — presence. Not just programmes — people.

  • End-of-term and seasonal gift distributions for children
  • Academic excellence recognition events
  • Health and welfare outreach initiatives
  • School and church partnership programmes
  • Food drives and family welfare support
